    Co-founder Glenn began his athletic career as a professional footballer in the Netherlands before excelling in MMA, grappling, and ultimately finding his true passion in weight training and bodybuilding, earning numerous awards.

    Beyond his physical achievements, Glenn is kind, patient, and a great listener. He loves helping clients of all backgrounds with movement-related issues. With a strong background in Sports Physiotherapy, he’s an expert in rehab, injury prevention, and strength training, having worked in the Netherlands, India, and now Singapore.

    When not pushing limits, he enjoys family time, especially watching his daughter play football.

    Nathan has been Living and working in Singapore for over 12+ years.

    Whether it's mastering the perfect kettlebell windmill or sharing his secret stash of Ness' home cooking, Nathan makes sure every session is a step towards your best self.

    Leigh has been in the fitness industry for over 17 years working both as a Coach and Educator in the UK, Middle East and Asia.

    With a passion for all things Health and Performance , Leigh regularly speaks on topics ranging from sleep optimisation, pain free movement, stress resilience and high performance habits.

    When Leigh is not busy optimising your Health, you will likely find him colouring unicorns and rainbows with his daughter,
    hunting down exceptional coffee and eating fresh sourdough bread from Tiong Bahru Bakery (favourite weekend activity)!

    Leigh will help you on your journey to becoming pain free, rediscovering your energy and if you ask nicely, he will even share his protein and banana muffin recipe with you!

    Alyssa is all about moving well and feeling good. With 7 years in the fitness industry, she is both a certified yoga teacher and a personal trainer with pre/post-natal certification. 

    She’s passionate about helping everyone - whether you're a new mum, an athlete, or just someone looking to get strong. Her philosophy is simple: when your body feels good, your mind follows, creating a harmonious path to overall well-being.

    Outside of the gym, you’ll find her soaking up the sun at the beach with her dog, Blueberry or shredding the slopes, chasing thrills and fresh powder. 

  • The chillest guy in the world

    Ryan’s journey from competitive swimmer to strength and conditioning pro reflects his lifelong dedication to sports. With a degree in Applied Sports and Exercise Science, he’s passionate about helping clients become their own superheroes through strength training and movement.

    Whether you’re looking to master the basics, or push your body to new limits Ryan has the tools, tricks and whole lot of fun to make it happen.


    When not training, you’ll find him practicing BJJ, wake surfing, playing golf, or carefully picking mushrooms out of his food.

    Eunice has spent 10 years on the rugby pitch, blending her love for sports, functional training, and outdoor adventures. She turns workouts into fun, strength-building journeys.

    When she’s not busy crafting the perfect squat or perfecting the art of pull up, you might find her out trail hiking with her dogs belting 80s rock or competing in an impromptu dance-off. She believes in mixing fitness with fun, making every session a vibrant celebration of progress and perseverance.

    Whether it’s sharing tips for your next workout or recounting her latest holiday escapades, Eunice ensures every moment with her is a step towards your best self — and a whole lot of laughs along the way.

    Debrina discovered her love for fitness and strength training in high school, leading her to earn a Bachelor's in Biomedical Sciences, majoring in Exercise and Health.

    With 7 years of experience, she champions consistency, sustainability, and making exercise enjoyable.

    Debrina focuses on proper form and slow tempo for safe, effective training. When she’s not busy cheering you on at Peak or living her popstar dream in a spin class, you can find Debrina in the kitchen experimenting with different healthy recipes. Also, she never says no to pasta.

    Exercise has transformed her relationship with food, boosted her confidence, and improved her mental health—she’s here to help you achieve the same.

    The trainer you’ll instantly adore but wouldn’t want to mess with.

    Naj is all about movement. Not just lifting weights, but learning how to move well, move often, and move for life. She believes strength should feel athletic, confident, and pain free. Whether you’re rebuilding foundations or pushing performance, she’ll coach you with precision, presence, and just the right amount of fire.

    She’s also leading our Sunday Lift Club, where foundational lifts get broken down properly so you can train safely, confidently, and with excellent form. If you’ve ever wanted to actually understand your squat, hinge, and press instead of just surviving them, this is your room.
